Our hot and cold therapy rooms are private, featuring both an infrared sauna and ice bath.
Our saunas heated to approximately 60 degrees Celsius, while the ice baths are maintained between 4 - 8 degrees Celsius. Optimal benefits are achieved by alternating between sauna and ice bath, with a recommended refreshing shower before your plunge into the ice bath.
During your 60-minute session, customise your experience to your preference, whether you start with the soothing heat of the sauna or plunge straight into the refreshing ice bath. Filtered water is provided during your session, along with towels and toiletries for your convenience.
